Congratulations to ALL of our level 8 and 9 gymnasts who competed at the Regional Gymnastics Championships this past weekend in Helena Montana! Terese Schomogyi (Level 9) and Pamela Correa (level 9) qualified for the Western National Championships to be held the weekend of May 3rd in Boise, Idaho. Way to go ladies!!!!

Introducing our Newest Program

Team Roach

Our classes include a warm up, active stretch, strength activity and program of the day. We use a variety of equipment and exercises including; snatch, clean, clean and jerk, strict press, push press, push jerk, clean and snatch pulls, back squat, front squat, stop squat, plyometric boxes, hurdles, weight vests, mobility bands, rings, wall balls, a variety of core work exercises and much more.

Roach Gymnastics and Cheer is looking for an experienced compulsory coach to work with our Levels 2- 5. Applicant must have experience and knowledge of the compulsory skills and routines. Hours will be Monday-Friday from 4-8pm and Saturday’s from 8am-12pm. Wage is based on experience ranging from $11-$16/hour. If you are interested please send a resume to Melanie Roach at .

Roach Gymnastics has been serving the Puget sound since 1997! The unique part of Roach Gymnastics is that we provide a balance between learning quality gymnastics and having fun. Our goal is to help each gymnast reach his or her full potential and learn skills that take them well beyond our gym. To teach safe, high quality gymnastics, have fun and make each child feel better walking out our door than when they walked in!
